The following prices reflect the discounted spring cleaning promotion

Standard Service $5 interior, $7 exterior ( per pane)
I do have a $149 minimum per service call, but that's not where the price starts.

Every service comes with,

Screen Removal and re installation
A wet wipe down of the window sill, track, frame, and surrounding area.

Screen cleaning $2
We remove, mop, dry, and replace the window screen. But not before wiping the frame and inspecting for damage.
Polishing $2
Hard water stains can be polished using an "E-Z Glide" glass cleaning solution and grade 0000 steel wool. It does take %50 longer per window so there is an additional $2 charge per pane.
"Blading" $5
(This includes Polishing in the price)
Exactly how it sounds, when concrete, silicone, and paint have dried on the pane, scraping with a razor blade and "EZ-Glide" solution are required to remove them. There is an additional $5 per pane and every pane that gets bladed, is polished with no additional charge.
What usually happens...
If its been years since your last professional window clean, there will probably be some hard water stains on windows that get overspray from sprinklers and need to be polished, MOST windows wont need it. Unless there's been a major construction project, blading is not going to be necessary. I would never sell you something you didn't need.
